Q: What is Image International Model Management Ltd and what services does it provide?
A: We are a management company that represents and promotes models to top agencies both nationally and internationally.
Q: Who is responsible for all the costs?
A: Models are considered entrepreneurs, therefore all cost for "starting the business is the responsibility of the model. Images will help develop, train, instruct, promote and market the model. It is therefore the models primary responsibility to ensure Images has what they need to assist in marketing the model.
Q: Do I need professional photos / portfolio?
A: Yes, in order to compete for professional assignments, models require a portfolio. The portfolio must contain a broad range of professional fashion photos and it should also include any available tearsheets.
Q: How does Images make money?
A: Images' income is based strictly on commissions from our models' earnings. We only get paid when a model does, therefore we are very selective as to whom we decide to represent.
Q: How many auditions, go-sees, jobs could I get?
A: It will depend on the market you based in. You must keep in mind that modelling is a sporadic career and due to the many different markets, the models opportunities differ. Your agent or manager can only submit your material if you fit the client's specs and requirements. Image cannot tell you exactly when you will work, that will depend on the clients. You have to attend auditions and be seen by clients in order to be considered for modelling jobs.
